Acknowledgment of Receipt of Due Diligence Documents
  TERMS: Each prospective bidder/purchaser of Meadowlark Village Phase 4 & 5 ("Site") acknowledges their receipt of all on-line due diligence documents on the CRC-SFO website. This acknowledgment confirms that a prospective bidder/purchaser has had unlimited access to view and evaluate these documents prior to making an offer to purchase the Site. Furthermore, these documents shall be subject to the "As Is" addendum, an intregal part of the final purchase and sales agreeement.
